The minutes for August 5 were read and accepted. Sarto mentioned (1) that Email accounts are being set-up for all Town Board members, (2) that photo I.D’s will be provided for all Boards
performing site visits, and (3) read a letter from Mr. Peter Frei requesting a copy of the 1850’s deed and tax billings for Book 13962, Page 439 under conditions.

Mr. Righetti would like to construct a 16’ x 24’ garage on a non-conforming lot. He explained his proposal. Abutters present were Bob Parent (614-581-9282) and Mike Jacobson (413-245-4491). Mr. Righetti will return to the Board at a later date with more information.

Abutters present: Elaine and Craig Nakashian 263 Mashapaug Rd, George Chamberlin 56 Crabapple La, Windsor Ct, Bruce Chamberlin 38 Hudson La, Windsor, Ct, Joyce Dix 261 Mashapaug Rd, David Smith 382 West Sturbridge Rd., East Brookfield. Mr. Andre Cormier, contractor, outlined and explained all aspects of the project. Major concerns regarding septic system leakage or failure and its resulting effect on the nearby beach were expressed by the abutters.
A site visit was scheduled for August 26, at 8 AM.
A continuance was scheduled for September 2, at 7:30 PM.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:55 PM.
